Observation Types Administration Overview

The Observation Types Administration page displays all existing observation types utilized throughout the application in order to classify observations. The list provides details for each observation type, including its Name, Number, Visibility (Everywhere or Assessment Only), and Severity Level. From this page, administrators can manage observation types to ensure consistent classification and accurate tracking of observations across the system. Existing Observation Types can edited or deleted from this page and new Observation Types can be added.

To open the Observation Types Administration page - on the left-hand navigation menu, select Administration, then select Observation Types.
