The Templates Administration page is where administrators can manage and create custom audit templates used in the application. Templates are selected prior to beginning an audit, determining the questions that will be included in the audit process. The page displays a list of all existing templates along with key details for each, including the Template Name, whether it can be used for an Audit (yes or no), whether it can be used for a Contractor’s Performance Evaluation (yes or no), and whether KPIs are included (yes or no). From this page, administrators can create new templates, update existing ones, or delete templates that are no longer needed, ensuring that the template library remains relevant, accurate, and ready for repeated use.
To open the Templates Administration page - on the left-hand navigation menu, select Administration, then select
Templates.
Clicking on any template from the list opens its details page, which displays key data and metrics, including the number of questions, the sections and their names, scores, the number of audits the template has been used for, and visual graphs illustrating question counts by points and the maximum score.
