Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the displayed upon logging in to your PIMS Safety account and provides a real-time overview of key activity across the application. The data shown is based on your currently selected region and site, which you can see at the top of the screen on the menu bar. Changing these selections will update the dashboard to reflect data relevant to the selected region and site.

The Dashboard features a range of interactive widgets that display critical information such as Actionable Insights, Recently Viewed Items, High-Risk Work (Permits), and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) — organized by status, project, company, and type. The dashboard also includes visual summaries for Observations, Action Items, Audits, and Incidents. These widgets include charts, percentages, and filters that allow you to explore trends, track performance, and examine specific data points such as resubmissions, audit execution, and root causes of incidents. Scroll down on the dashboard to view additional datapoints.

At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll also see Quick Add buttons that allow you to create a new Observation, Action Item, or JSA without navigating away from the page.
