Equipment records are used to track and manage the physical assets and machinery used across job sites. Maintaining accurate equipment records helps ensure that all assets are properly documented, inspected, and accounted for throughout their active use in the field.
The Equipment module provides a central place to manage and track all equipment being used. All equipment records are listed on the Equipment page along with key details such as Company, Equipment Name, Manufacturer, Equipment Number, and the date of the last inspection. New equipment records can also be added directly from this page.

To access the Equipment page — On the left-hand navigation menu, select Equipment.
Clicking on an equipment record from the list opens its details page, which contains the following tabs:
Details
The Details tab is displayed by default when selecting an equipment record from the list. This tab contains all information related to the selected equipment, including its associated Company, Equipment Name, Manufacturer, and Equipment Number. A photo can also be uploaded to the equipment record from this tab. Depending on their role and relationship to the equipment, users may edit its details or upload a photo from this tab or delete the equipment.

Inspections
The Inspections tab displays the full inspection history for the selected equipment, including all previously recorded inspection data. New inspection records can also be added directly from this tab, allowing users to document and maintain an up to date inspection log for each piece of equipment. Depending on their role and relationship to the equipment, users may view existing inspection records or add new ones from this tab.
