Audits are a type of safety inspection used to evaluate conditions, processes, and compliance in the field. Each audit is built from a preconfigured template which is created within Template Administration. Each template contains a series of structured questions. An assigned individual completes the audit by stepping into the field to assess and respond to each question.

The Audits module provides a central place to create, manage, and track audits across your organization. The Audits page includes two tabs:
Audits β Lists all existing audits along with key details such as Site, Project, Template, Date, Location, Status, and Percentage Complete. Calendar β Displays all recurring audits, which can be scheduled Daily or Weekly and viewed on a monthly or weekly calendar.

To access the Audits page β On the left-hand navigation menu, select Audits.

Details
Clicking an existing Audit record from the list opens its details page, where all information related to the selected audit is displayed.
β If an audit has not yet been started β meaning no questions have been answered β and has a status of Draft, its details may be edited depending on the user's role and relationship to the audit.
If desired, to edit an auditβs details, click on the edit icon within the details of your desired audit record.
Execution Summary
At the bottom of the details page, the Execution Summary section displays additional information related to the selected audit, including relevant dates, the number of sections and questions, scoring details, and the user who is the auditor.
Q & A
Clicking the Q&A tab within an audit's details page displays the selected audit's sections and questions, each labeled with a status of In Progress or Not Started, and Answered or Unanswered.

βThe following tabs are available within an audit's details page when the audit has a status of In Progress or Finished. These tabs are not displayed for audits in Draft status.
Action Items
Clicking the Action Items tab within an audit's details page displays all Action Items associated with the selected audit. Action Items can be added to an audit during the completion process while answering questions.

Observations
Clicking the Observations tab within an audit's details page displays all Observations associated with the selected audit. Observations can be added to an audit during the completion process while answering questions.

Comments
Clicking the Comments tab within an audit's details page displays all comments added during the question-answering process. Each comment includes the associated question, the user who added it, and the date it was added.

Documents/Images
Clicking the Documents/Images tab within an audit's details page displays all file attachments associated with the selected audit. Depending on their role and relationship to the audit, users may download, delete, or upload new files.
